Helping Competitors Actively Grow
Case Studies
We offer never-before-seen case studies, written by our team to help students practise and polish their skills.
Complete Your Roleplay
Students can submit videos of them doing our case study roleplays, or book a meeting with a team member to perform the roleplay live. Our team will provide feedback, from one competitor to another.
Workshops & Webinars
We organize occasional workshops and webinars to help competitors grow their skills, acquire knowledge, and build a community.
Not a DECA Competitor?
No worries! We offer a secondary branch based on Presentation. This branch is open for all youth who are interested in developing their public speaking skills!
ABOUT
By Competitors, For Competitors
FreedBack was originally a resource built by high-school students who compete as a part of Ontario DECA. Most recently, we have expanded into helping all youth and high school students with various public speaking-oriented practise.
Whether it's DECA-specific or general, we aim to provide students with never-seen-before case studies, reliable student judges and mentors, and occasional webinars and workshops, all to help students sharpen their skills.

Our mission is to help students grow and prosper with friendly advice, from one student to another. We aim to see students build and polish their skills through feedback (or, as we like to call it, freedback) given on DECA roleplays or other presentations.
